PRODUCT USE:
All Bath and Body products have their ingredients listed, it is your responsibility to ensure you have no allergies to any ingredients prior to purchase, if any irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately.
Although some of our products may look and smell yummy, do not ingest any of our products and keep out of the reach of any children that may be tempted.
Please follow any warning labels on the products, such as shower use only or keep away from heat.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders are made after purchase, so please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing, this does not include shipping time, we recommend that you place your custom orders at least one month in advance of the date you need it by, in most cases your order will be made within a week of ordering, however at times there may be delays.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not refund for change of mind or if you do not like the scent you have chosen. As explained on our product pages, colours may vary across different batches and some frosting or discoloration may occur over time, or due to temperature fluctuations, which in no way affects the use of our products, therefore we do not accept returns for these reasons. We also do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom made orders.
Our Wax Melts, Reed diffusers, Aroma Jars, Room Sprays and Candles are all made to order unless otherwise specified, therefore we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these products.
WE DO NOT REFUND FOR CHANGE OF MIND - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WANT THE PRODUCTS IN YOUR CART PRIOR TO PAYING FOR THEM!!
HANDLING TIME:
Important updates in times of high demand will be notified on our banner at the top of our website.
Local pick up and delivery will be negotiable after this lead time, please contact us via the Facebook page to arrange.. Custom orders please see above section.
SHIPPING:
We ship Australia wide, all parcels are sent via Australia Post and are well packaged and sent with insurance and tracking, we are in a Regional Victorian town so your delivery may take a little longer than some other purchases.
Local delivery and pick up is available by negotiation after order is received.

All products are sent through Australia Post with insurance and are well packaged, should you have any issues please follow up with Australia Post.
