All bath and body products list their full ingredients. Please ensure you check these before purchasing to avoid any allergies or sensitivities. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Some of our products may look or smell delicious, but they are not edible. Please keep all items out of reach of children (and anyone else who might be tempted).
Always follow the warning labels on each product — for example, “shower use only” or “keep away from heat.”

🎨 Custom Orders
Custom items are made after purchase.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for production (not including shipping time).
We recommend placing custom orders at least one month before the date you need them. Most custom items are completed within a week, but delays can occur during busy periods.

🔄 Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not offer refunds for:
•     Change of mind
•     Disliking a scent you selected
•     Colour variations between batches
•     Frosting, discolouration, or aesthetic changes caused by temperature — these do not affect product performance
•     Custom‑made items
•     Made‑to‑order products (Wax Melts, Reed Diffusers, Aroma Jars, Room Sprays, Candles)
We do not refund for change of mind — please ensure you want the items in your cart before checking out.

⏳ Handling Time
During periods of high demand, updated processing times will be displayed in the banner at the top of our website.
Local pickup and delivery can be arranged after the stated lead time. Please contact us via our Facebook Page to organise this.

🚚 Shipping
We ship Australia‑wide via Australia Post.
All parcels are:
•     Carefully packaged
•     Sent with tracking
•     Covered by insurance
As we are based in regional Victoria, delivery may take slightly longer than metro‑based orders.
Local delivery and pickup are available by arrangement once your order is ready.

📦 Damage & Breakages
All parcels are insured and securely packaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Australia Post directly and lodge a claim using your tracking number.
