OUR SHIPPING PROCEDURES
ORDER RECIEVED
Your order is received and printed by our staff and assessed for any custom requests or items that need to be prepared before packing.
CUSTOM PRODUCT CREATION
Orders that require production of products are sent to the workroom, most items will be completed within 48 business hours, custom orders allow up to 14 days.
PICKING
Your order is picked and placed in the packing queue, once all required items have been added.
PACKING
Items are carefully wrapped and packed and placed in shipping boxes and satchels, shipping labels are printed and attached.
SHIPPING
Packages are either booked in for pick up or taken to The Post Office, tracking details are uploaded to your order.
DELIVERY
Sit back and track your delivery, all parcels are sent with insurance cover, should you have any issues, please contact Auspost and quote your tracking number.
WE ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER WHILST IT IS IN OUR POSSESSION, HOWEVER ONCE IT HAS BEEN HANDED OVER TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. PARCELS ARE SENT WITH INSURANCE COVER, SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY QUERIES PLEASE FOLLOW UP WITH AUSPOST USING THE PROVIDED TRACKING NUMBER.
LOCAL PICK UP & DELIVERY
Delivery is free to all Bendigo locals for all orders over $50.
Pick Up is also free and you can choose to pick up at The Showgrounds Market on Sundays between 8.30am and 2pm or by arrangement from our Warehouse in Golden Square.
