    Returns & Refunds

    Due to the nature of our products, we do not refund or accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or if you do not like the scent you have chosen.  

    We are unable to accept returns on our any bath and body products, either opened or unopened unless it was due to our error.

    As explained on some of our Soy Wax product pages, colours may vary across different batches and in our wax products some frosting or discoloration may occur over time, or due to temperature fluctuations, which in no way affects the use of our products, therefore we do not accept returns for these reasons.

    Our Home fragrance products are all made to order unless otherwise specified, therefore we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these products.

    We also do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom made orders.

    Warmers and Diffusers: We test each one individually prior to shipping, should you have any issues, please reach out to us via email and include as much information as possible, including photos. We will assess each case individually, in the event of a fault, we will offer a replacement with the same item, an exchange if item is out of stock or store credit once item has been received and accessed by our team.

    Shipping

    Once your order has been passed off to Australia Post, we unfortunately do not have control of the package in transit. Should your order get lost during transit, please contact Australia Post and use the tracking number provided to track your parcel. In case this fails please do get in touch with us.
