If your order includes items that need to be freshly made, they’re sent straight to the workroom.
•     Most products are completed within 48 business hours
•     Custom orders may take up to 14 days
We’ll keep everything moving as quickly as possible.

3. Picking
Your items are gathered and placed into the packing queue once all components of your order are ready.

4. Packing
Each product is carefully wrapped, protected, and packed into boxes or satchels.
Shipping labels are printed and attached, ready for dispatch.

5. Shipping
Parcels are either booked for courier pickup or taken directly to Australia Post.
Your tracking number will be uploaded to your order so you can follow its journey.

📦 Delivery
Sit back and track your parcel as it makes its way to you.
All orders are shipped with insurance cover for peace of mind.
If you experience any issues during transit, please contact Australia Post directly and quote your tracking number so they can assist you.

We are responsible for your order while it is in our possession.
